Yes. Burly can sync with your Google calendar, so it'll know when you're busy or available to book appointments with customers. So just add an event to your calendar and Burly will know not to book appointments then. By default, receptionists are set to schedule appointments between 8am and 5pm, with 4 potential time slots each day, 8-10am, 10-12pm, 1-3pm, and 3-5pm.

Right now, Burly can only sync with Google Calendars. We're actively working on direct integrations with the major CRM providers, but in the meantime, each of them has their own Google Calendar sync, so we recommend you do that so Burly will still know your availability.

You also have the option to take appointment requests from customers instead of confirmed bookings. Basically your receptionist will get the problem description and customer info over the phone and then text you with that afterwards for you to reach out directly to the customer to schedule their appointment.
